We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide. All orders are fulfilled by our trusted suppliers and shipped directly from our international warehouses (primarily located in China).

Please note: International shipping times may vary depending on the destination country’s customs procedures and local logistics services.

2. 🕒 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

  • During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly delayed.

4. 💰 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
If you choose an expedited shipping method (where available), the cost will also be shown before payment.

5. 🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become available.

6. 🚫 Lost or Delayed Shipments

VIRON is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the following:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

  • Delays at customs in the destination country

  • Local delivery issues or failed delivery attempts

  • Weather disruptions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events

  • Carrier errors after dispatch

If your order has not arrived after 60 days, you may request an investigation. Replacement or refund is not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. 📬 Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
